Before this course I tried practicing mindfulness on my own, but found that it wasn't easy. It felt like it didn't work. So for me it was important to have a course to follow and someone to guide me on how to do the practice. And as the course went on I got more into mindfulness and enjoyed the practices each week. The course worked very well for me.
Claire StensonI liked the course work which was short and to the point and always connected with teaching and the challenges that it presents. The course was really realistic. It was not about changing the job, but instead focused on helping me change my responses to challenges. I would recommend it!
Grace DennyI can see the benefit as I am not as stressed as usual this last week of school. I have associated the practices with particular times of the day, which are slowly becoming a routine. Finally, by being online the courses and practices are so available and suit me as I have a small child and can’t get out in the evenings to attend classes.
